Helsinki has been cold the past few days. On days like these I crave for comfort food, a little warmth and spark of joy in between the days. When I think of soul food to beat the winter blues, I think of buttery salmon soup – a traditional Finnish food. Oh, how I crave for a bowl at the moment!
